With Blender
1. Pop 1 Evive smoothie wheel (8 cubes)
2. Add 7 oz of water (207 ml)
3. Blend!
Without Blender
1. Pop 1 Evive smoothie wheel (8 cubes) into a masson jar
2. Add 7 oz of water (207 ml)
3. Let it melt for 20 minutes and shake!

I want a creamy texture
- Replace water with oat milk.
- Add 1/2 frozen banana
- Add 1/2 avocado
I want to increase my protein intake
- Add 1 scoop of plant-based protein
- Add 1 tablespoon of nut butter
- Use a protein-rich plant-based beverage instead of water
I want to make a smoothie bowl
- Add 1/2 cup of frozen fruits (mango, banana, avocado)
- Use only 200 ml of liquid
- Pulse before blending (the mixture will be thicker)
I want a sweeter taste
- Use real fruit juice instead of water.
- Add 1/2 cup of frozen mangoes
- Opt for vanilla oat milk instead of unflavoured milk
